Serena Z

It was an idyllic late Autumn Day last Saturday to be out on Lake Eildon to photograph Serena Z. There was hardly a cloud in the beautiful blue sky, no wind, magnificent flat water and the Sun dancing on the ripples in the water, like a stairway to heaven.

Simply magical.

Well taking photos of Serena Z with this backdrop, she has presented magnificently.

Sitting on the front deck enjoying the sun, the view and of course some of your favourite bubbles (honestly when reviewing these shots, they took my breath away).

Relaxing on the outdoor lounge upstairs. Enjoying a BBQ dinner at Sunset with the Sun dancing on the water.

Sitting in the front lounge, you most probably would not turn on the TV as the view out the windows is so captivating.

If you have to be preparing dinner in the kitchen just look at the view. Dinner might take time to prepare with this distraction.

Having pointed out this magical picture, you could be enjoying this on any of the houseboats on Lake Eildon, but look at the photos, this magic was captured on Serena Z.

As an entry level houseboat, Serena Z would be ideal for a family with 3 bedrooms serviced by a bathroom and separate internal toilet. Serena Z has a good-sized front deck and front lounge with comfortable couches.

Then there is the upstairs relaxation/entertainment space with the canopy and fly wire screens. The deck is in good condition.

Serena Z has good Solar Electrics with a new Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller and Gel Batteries that were new in 2019.

A new GMW CHIR was issued in 2022 after the pontoons and motor leg were serviced. New side boat boards were fitted at this time. She was externally painted in 2021 and the front deck has just been renewed.

All the big-ticket maintenance items are under control.

Serena Z will make a great first holiday home on the water for your family. As you can see with the photos, you will enjoy the magic.
