Nomad presents as a vibrant fresh and inviting holiday home with all the maintenance being kept to a very high standard. This includes composite aluminium being used for the external cladding and eaves. The upstairs fibreglass walls sparkle. Nomad was slipped in 2023 with the pontoons and motor leg serviced.

Walk onboard and you will feel that everything is in excellent condition, the kitchen, the blinds, the flooring and the carpet.

Nomad has the modern open layout with side kitchen and rear lounge opening onto a spacious rear deck with hydraulic duckboard.

Internal stairs take you to a second entertainment relaxation space under the hardtop. Interestingly the ceiling is a light timber coloured composite aluminium which really blends in well with the décor as well as being low maintenance. Importantly there is a space to relax and enjoy the sunshine as well as the magnificent views.

Nomad has 3 bedrooms including the master at the front with a walkaround double bed and a ceiling fan; a bunk room for the kids and the third bedroom has a double over double bed bunk.

What is significant on Nomad has been the upgrade to the Solar Electrics. Considerable money has been spent on a new Victron Energy Multi-Plus 5,000watt Inverter/Charger System; a new Smart Solar Charge Controller and a bank of BYD Lithium Battery Box Premium Model. This is all fed by 8 Solar Panels on the roof. There is a modern Onan 9.5kva Generator to backup this system. This is a high quality integrated system for a houseboat in this section of the market delivering plenty of power.
