You will be impressed when you walk on board Showtime. The presentation, the décor, the furnishings are all designed to make you feel relaxed and at home in your happy place whilst taking in the ambience of magical Lake Eildon.

The rear Lounge with the fresh new carpet feels so nice on your feet. The timber top on the dining table is a feature. Just sit back on the couch and put your feet up as the kids are playing out the back jumping off the duckboard. On the warmer days there is the R/C Air-conditioner and the electric extendable sun awning. Another feature on the hot balmy nights are the Zip Screen full width fly wire screens front and back will let the cool breezes through the houseboat without any of the insects.

Then there is upstairs under the hardtop. No matter what the weather, this is a great relaxation space, especially with the new front tinted glass windows. The Dining Table converts into a Table Tennis Table to keep the kids, and the big kids occupied. Entertaining up here is no problem with the kitchenette and quality BBQ. Importantly there is space to enjoy the Sun or just relax on the quality outdoor furniture as you watch a brilliant sunset.

Showtime is a Gary Anderson built houseboat (1988). Gary’s houseboats have always stood the test of time as reliable well built houseboats. With this basis, Showtime has had very good upgrades including new fresh composite aluminium external cladding, an extended (giant) duckboard; new side boat boards; jet ski hydraulic lifters; and the electric sun awning. Plus, Showtime was slipped in 2022 with a new GMW CHIR issued.

Showtime has kept pace with modern technology. One of the best additions has been the Bow Thruster. This takes away most of the stress when returning to the marina pen. This along with the new electric throttle makes the motor most responsive. The Generator has been upgraded to an Onan 8kva Marine Generator (460hrs). The electrical system has a quality Outback Inverter. Flexmac Solar Charge Controller, 6 Solar Panels feeding a bank of 6 Gel Batteries. A very good electrical package.

Showtime with 3 good sized bedrooms, rear lounge, well appointed kitchen, an all year round upstairs area, great presentation with quality new furniture and the big ticket maintenance items under control is ready to become your families happy place. Welcome aboard Showtime.
