For those that know and love the magic of Lake Eildon, to them it is like Heaven on Earth. To get a slice of this action to experience this magic the houseboat “Slice of Heaven” could be your opportunity to make it happen.

Slice of Heaven would suit a family beginning the journey on Lake Eildon as an entry level houseboat holiday home.

Slice of Heaven was built in 1987 and was slipped in 2023 with the pontoons sandblasted and painted. At this time new composite aluminium external cladding fitted to the walls and eaves. This gives Slice of Heaven a fresh inviting appearance.

There is plenty of room on the front deck to cook the BBQ whilst relaxing enjoying your favourite beverages as the Sun goes down with the ripples on the water.

The double width sliding glass doors open up the front lounge with dining table seating 6, and an entertainment cupboard with gas Bar Fridge. You can watch TV on the two comfortable arm chairs or sit back on the couch/double sofa bed for when you have extras for the weekend.

The kitchen has a Eva Kool 12volt Fridge/Freezer, an oven, grill & cooktop, a microwave oven and a good sized servery.

Slice of Heaven has 2 to 3 bedrooms with double bed in the main bedroom; a double over double bed bunk in the second; the third can be used as a rear lounge to watch TV on the couch or converted into a bed. These are serviced by a bathroom and the toilet is separate and accessible from the rear deck.

Importantly Slice of Heaven has an ESV Gas Compliance Plate. The Rinnai 26i hot water service appears to be fairly new. The Centrax GS-4000IE Generator is new and there 3 x 200amphr House Batteries (7-12-2022) in the front pod storage. There is a new 2000watt Inverter. Slice of Heaven is powered by a Johnson 60hp Outboard Motor to take you to your favourite inlet on the Lake.

The first storey level is a blank canvass; you can enjoy the sunshine up here. Currently there is the Generator, 7 Solar Panels and storage box.
